- 1. accounts of Customers that we suspect have been compromised or used in breach of these T&Cs; or
- 2. any abuse or misuse of BFED Services, including the registration of multiple accounts by a single customer.
You agree to comply with all instructions and guidelines that we may publish or issue with respect to and in order to access and use BFED Services.
BFED will have no liability related to the content of any such communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity or otherwise.
All information, documents, products, software, services and other materials (the “Materials”) provided on this Site are the property and copyrighted work of BFED or a third-party developer, author, manufacturer or vendor (the “Third Party Provider”).
